Ø Develop strong market knowledge of our existing and potential clients and keep the Company informed of business growing opportunities aligned with our strategic plans.
Ø Should know minimum wages, and compliance and be from a Security Background.
Ø Provide in-depth analysis of markets, industry trends, competitors, and clients to improve strategic planning and decision-making.
Ø Develop and implement relationship strategies to maximize our chances of profitably, securing strategically important new business.
Ø Identify niche markets and new/future services that could give the Company a competitive advantage or improved profitability.
Ø Build excellent relationships for Facility business and find solutions to customers’ business and service delivery needs.
Ø Prepare a business plan, incorporating vision, and mission.
Ø Achieve set sales targets, identify business plans, and provide support to continually improve the relationship.
Ø Develop and manage close working relationships with the operations team to ensure that business development and sales opportunities are maximized and all high-value leads are generated and managed appropriately.
Ø Ensure all sales monitoring and reporting are compiled.
Ø Win new business through developing clients’ relationships centred on solutions that deliver business excellence.
Ø Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Ø Understand the company’s goal and purpose to continue enhancing the company’s performance.
Ø Define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Ø Preparing all required presentations for clients in all stages.
Ø Hand over the awarded projects to the operation team and ensure the projects have been executed smoothly.
