Ø Educational Qualification: The candidate should be a Graduate from a recognized University
having good knowledge of MS- Word, Excel Access, Power Point, Internet etc. and having Shorthand speed of at least 80 words per minute & Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
Ø Minimum Years of Experience: Having at least 08 years of experience in any Govt./PSU/Autonomous
body/ any private organization of repute. Preference would be given to person who has experience of working in Govt. Dept or PSU or a Retd. Private Secretary who has experience of working in the Govt. dept or PSU.
Ø Area of Expertise /Specific Requirement: Shorthand/Financial Literacy(if available) OR Proficiency in taking dictation.
Ø Other Qualification: Typing speed of minimum 30 WPM (Desirable)
Ø Job Description: Assisting HOD in all official matters. Office & record Maintenance.
